Start/Bench—Week 10

Eric Dungey, QB-Syracuse at Clemson
While Dungey is listed on the Start list, he is not a start in every format, but in leagues that require two starting quarterbacks, Dungey and the Syracuse offense catch the Tigers one week after their emotional victory at Florida State, and his potential is worth the risk.

Davis Webb, QB-California vs Washington
Like Dungey, Webb faces a Washington team that survived an emotional contest the week before, but the biggest difference between Webb and Dungey is the Bears are home.

Abdul Adams, RB-Oklahoma at Iowa State
The true freshman ran for 91 yards last week in a 56-3 win against Kansas and he should get a lot work Thursday night now that Joe Mixon has been suspended.

Rico Dowdle, RB-South Carolina vs Missouri
Dowdle has scored a touchdown in three consecutive games and faces a Missouri defense that is giving up 240.0 yards per game on the ground, worst in the SEC and tenth-worst in the entire FBS.

John Kelly, RB-Tennessee vs Tennessee Tech
Jalen Hurd has left the program and Alvin Kamara is still sidelined with an injury, so John Kelly steps in as the Vols’ starting running back.

Dorian Brown, RB-Ohio vs Buffalo
Brown has rushed for 416 yards and three touchdowns in the past three games and faces the fifth-worst rushing defense in the FBS Thursday night.
Devin Redding, RB-Indiana at Rutgers
Redding topped 100 yards last week for the first time in the last four games and his chances of going over the century mark in Week 10 are good as he’ll face a Rutgers defense giving up 261.1 yards per game on the ground.

Jordan Scarlett, RB-Florida at Arkansas
Not only is the Arkansas defense giving up 221.8 yards per game on the ground, but they have also given up the second-most rushing touchdowns in the country (24).

Jalen Hurts, QB-Alabama at LSU
Hurts has been amazing this season, and he could blow us away if he has success on the road Saturday night, but is the risk worth the reward if you are fighting for your playoff life?
Mason Rudolph, QB-Oklahoma State at Kansas State
Rudolph has accounted for at least two touchdowns in all but two games this season, but both of those games just happened to be the only two road games the Cowboys have played in 2016, and OSU hits the road for the third time this weekend.
Jon Hilliman, RB-Boston College vs Louisville
Hilliman has not rushed for 100 yards since the season opener and faces a Louisville defense in Week 10 that is only giving up 112.1 yards per game on the ground.

Justin Jackson, RB-Northwestern vs Wisconsin
Jackson is getting a lot of touches, but will he get enough against a Wisconsin defense that is only allowing 109.0 yards per game on the ground and 14.6 points per game.

Ralph Webb, RB-Vanderbilt at Auburn
Webb has reached the 100-yard mark in three of his past four games, but he’ll face an Auburn defense that is only allowing 126.6 yards per game on the ground and 16.0 points per game.

Jordan Johnson, RB-Buffalo at Ohio
Johnson ran for 200-plus yards last week against Akron, but he’ll face the MAC’s best rushing defense in Week 10 (115.9 rypg).

Leonard Fournette, RB-LSU vs Alabama
We learned our lesson last year when we recommended starting Fournette against Alabama and the Tide defense essentially eliminated him from Heisman contention.  However, we do think Fournette does have some fantasy value in Week 10 as a FLEX option, so don’t completely write him off.

Damien Harris, RB-Alabama at LSU
If we had the option of taking either Fournette or Harris, we would prefer Harris, but if you find yourself in a must-win situation, there are probably safer options on your roster.
